Emergency, invisibility, independency and relationship with administrations: an approach to a changing reality

The research characterizes the different types of cultural and creative agents developing their activity at the margins of the administration. It identifies the methods that local councils to identify with their cultural and creative agents. On the other hand, it analyzes study cases working without administration links. Finally, it analizes international cases of identification of cultural agents in order to guide further actions and improvements in the administration policies implementation.
