The variety of training possibilities, their possibility to fit into financial requirements and the needs of pupils and institutions, force the creation of <em>ad hoc<\/em> products and contents.<\/p>\n<p>On the other hand, ITD generates and gives training in the following general areas: strategic planification oriented to cultural organizations and services, cultural management and innovation, evaluation, communication plans, territorial development, ICT.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Designing plans and training programs.<\/li>\n<li>Developing e-learning and collaborative learning contents.<\/li>\n<li>Detecting educational needs (sizing, strategies for change and monitoring).<\/li>\n<li>Organizing and fixing contents in courses, conferences, sectoral workshops, face and digital masters.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>The digital evolution has radically changed the procedures of knowledge transmission and its fixation and transfer methods.
